Step 1. Raise a return by emailing info@joes-remedies.co.uk and do this within 30 days from the date of receiving your goods​
Step 2. State which item(s) you would like to return​
Step 3. You will be sent a returns label with a return address​​

Due to the nature of certain products, primarily the health supplements and body care that we offer we do not offer refunds on these products.
However, if the item is defective we will offer a full refund. We will initiate a full refund on receipt of the goods and this will take upto 10 days to complete depending on the bank you use.
