This process takes several days and requires almost half a dozen different techniques, the main one being distillation in copper stills that are over a century old. SOBER RUM ADVICE FOR USE For all your cocktails, SOBER-Rum is to be used in exactly the same way and with the same proportions as an alcoholic rum. (on average, 4cl to 5cl per glass). Although some love it pure, it is a mixology product.
