In the heart of France, in a distillery dating back to 1875, we carefully guard the secret of making SOBER-Gin, the world's first non-alcoholic spirit made from authentic gin.
 
This process takes several days and requires almost half a dozen different techniques, the two main ones being the extraction of alcohol and distillation in copper stills that are over a century old. SOBER GIN ADVICE FOR USE For all your cocktails, SOBER-Gin is to be used in exactly the same way and with the same dosage as an alcoholic gin. (on average, 4cl per glass).
