A quick look into the innate responses and emotions that the body sends and creates.
The body's defence

Nervousness

Sadness

Shyness

Fear

 Worry

We should remember that these are innate responses by the body. The message the body is sending is to get out of the environment or change the environment.

The terms nervousness, sadness, shyness, fear, and worry are commonly associated with a negative.

However, the key approach to these emotions is to channel them, act on them, and embrace them.

These are the messages your body is telling you to make a change, change your environment, change who you associate yourself with, and change your day-to-day routine. Change! Change! Change!

In a world where bravery, happiness, confidence, fearlessness, and being carefree are often promoted and glamourised it's often acting on nervousness, sadness, shyness, fear, and worry that get you to a peaceful, true, fulfilled, and fruitful lifestyle.

Acting on these emotions can also lead to true bravery, true happiness, true confidence, true fearlessness, and true peace.

The key to obtaining these attributes is acting on your body's emotions and your body's alarm system.

A common mistake is trying to diminish these emotions. They are your body's innate warning sensors, your body's defence! They should be cherished and in no way diminished.

A finishing point is to remember that true bravery, true happiness, true confidence, true fearlessness, and true peace come from action. There's likely going to be no glamour or spotlight involved in these actions. There is likely going to be a lot of frustration, heartache, and misconception involved.

However, the reward for this is true peace and the agony of regret is not an emotion you will be too familiar with.
