Waking up energised
We don't want to sound like we are stating the obvious, but after 7-8 hours of sleep, you should be feeling energised for most of the day.
We are aware that 101 things can prevent decent sleep that cant always be avoided. What we are addressing is when you are getting full sleep but the energy still isn't there, this could be a sign of burnout. If you are waking up feeling energised this is a really useful indicator that you are in good stead.
Planning for the week ahead
We have mentioned this before but planning ahead is a good sign of some organisation and mindfulness and should be exercised.
