Wellbeing is commonly described as the way you feel! However is this always the case?
Feeling down is commonly thought of as a negative, and being "happy" is commonly thought of as a positive.
Is this always true?
The message here, is that feeling down, feeling fatigued, and not having a sense of purpose are the body's innate systems instructing change. The key message here is that it's not how you feel, it's how you act on these feelings!
The feelings of feeling down and feeling fatigued are often addressed as symptoms, and the treatment is commonly prescription drugs or therapy.
Is this approach only addressing the symptoms and not addressing the underlying cause?
There is another approach, which is to address the underlying cause and make changes, whether this is a change of environment, keeping on top of everything, completely excluding alcohol from your life, a better diet, or regular exercise.
Back to the main message, where feeling negative in a negative situation or environment is actually a very positive sign, just be sure to act on it in a positive way.
As always, all the best on your endevour
