1. Identify what foods aggravate your body
This may not necessarily be the foods/drinks that are commonly known to aggravate the gut. We all have different body types, lead different lifestyles, and have certain resistances.
2. Trial and error
Gluten and lactose and how the body responds to these is a growing topic in the science community, and you may have noticed the small sections of gluten and lactose-free foods at your local supermarket.
This may be a bit of a task if you are a big cheese fan, however, if convenient maybe have a few weeks off the pasta, bread, and bulky carbohydrates. If you think certain foods are addictive, wait until you feel light on your feet and have a significantly higher amount of consistent, sustained energy. You will never look back.
3. Small tweaks

Bread ~ Wraps
Sweets ~ Mints
Pasta ~ Noodles
Crisps ~ Popcorn
